- 2 cups Macaroni Noodles, uncooked
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 3/4 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish.
Cook macaroni as directed.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, salt, pepper and milk. Add noodles and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Pour into the buttered dish. Sprinkle more shredded cheese over the top. Bake for 1 hour in a pan with 1″ water.
