- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, meat removed
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
- 2 stalks Celery, cleaned and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
We love this with a huge piece of lettuce between 2 slices of ciabatta.
